
Our
healthy seniors program helps seniors increase
the quality of their lives through a variety of
methods. We teach yoga and tai chi, tailored especially
for seniors, which can be performed mostly from
a chair. Diet and holistic health techniques are
also taught. We show seniors ways to improve health,
mobility, memory, and combat arthritis and many
other problems. Our partners include Savvy Seniors
programs at BCCC and others.
