THE CORPSE POSE
An important part to any workout is rest. "When the body and mind are constantly overworked, their efficiency in performing their natural work diminishes." (Swami Vishnu-devananda). This pose is used to totally relax the mind and body during and after a workout. It is an easy pose but can release tension, and help relax and recharge the body.

HERE ARE THE STEPS
(1) Lie flat on your back
(2) Slightly spread your legs to a comfortable position
(3)Place your arms out away from your sides, in a comfortable position, palms up.
(4)The head and neck can be left straight if that is most comfortable. Or you can swivel your head left to right until it comes to rest in a comfortable position.
(5) Release all tension from your body and clear your mind of all thoughts
(6) Relax

"Science of Breath"
by Yogi Ramacharaka

"...all things share the same breath - the beast, the tree, the man ... the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports."
- Chief Seattle, Dwamish
One flush of the toilet uses roughly 6 ½ gallons of water. Placing a brick in the toilet tank displaces water, allowing less water to be used with each flush, conserving water.
