I require a ton of patience for my art and music works, I use less energy for my social life. My mind is mostly in the sky so it’s hard to be grounded with people.. I become unbalanced, on the regular. Yoga has helped me to find balance throughout the day. I can feel when I’m going too hard or sometimes not hard enough and everyday is slightly different. I like the “watch for the next thought” meditation which grounds me instantly and widens my perspective to allow me to make better decisions on the spot.
