Yoga has impacted my life in a very good way. I use what I have learned to help me better myself in a way like using the breathing methods to relax me. I use meditation when I need to take my mind somewhere else, especially since quarantine. I appreciate all what I have learned and all the people I’ve met due to the opportunity of being in yoga life. After a session of yoga, I do feel different than from before, I feel more relaxed, more encouraged and more. Doing yoga calms and focuses my mind where I’m home or at work or doing anything else.
