Hello my name is Kristen smith. I started consistently doing yoga in 10th grade with HLF. I was introduced to the mindful moments room and it truly changed my life. I was able to learn how to deal with stress , how to be in the moment & stop overthinking. I learned breathes like the taco breath that can make my stomach stop hurting which was so amazing to me. I also learned yoga poses & stretches that I really felt benefiting my body making me feel good mentally & physically. Then learning meditation connects me with Myself within. Something I never thought I would be doing being a teenager in Baltimore city , I never knew it existed. Now Im 20 years old and can’t imagine my life without it.
