Yoga is very impactful for any and everyone, especially if they realize yoga is done everyday if you’re being mindful or doing things with intent. I choose to meditate and use the cat cow technique before getting out of bed. Doing those two things have helped me realign my mind, body and spirit before getting to my agenda. I also choose to do a series of frogs and forward bend Backward bends. I have found very convenient ways to incorporate yoga into my everyday life and schedule. Because not every part of the day is the same all the time, I’ve been able to appreciate yoga more. Especially driving, that can be very stressful. I like to neck roll, very conscious deep breathing and mental awareness while getting to and from my destinations. I like how far I’m making it in life with yoga involved!
