My name is Latoya Carlos and I have been doing yoga for one year. Yoga has helped me see that the only life I have control over is mine, and that the person I spend the most time with is me! Yoga is definitely very important to the body and to our daily life. Yoga has unimaginable benefits. You can use yoga to strengthen your physical, mental or spiritual being. Now that I am aware of and have experienced the benefits of yoga I try to incorporate it in my daily schedule.
