Greatness. Hello My name is Cornelius McMurray jr and the impact of using mindful moment breathing techniques has been the key to pretty much my success in life in every aspect. I became a vegan in 2015. Because of the knowledge and wisdom I learned in yoga. Before I became a vegan and practiced yoga I used to have lower back problems from my basketball days. I no longer have them. I wake up everyday and do the sun rise, the bear pose, but most of all is the corpse pose. not only is it relaxing but it helps my lower back while breathing the proper way. I tend to doze off and wake up feeling like I had the best sleep ever. Peace and blessings and thank you
