Self-sustaining practices for everyone
Bridging academics & the mind
The Holistic Life Foundation (HLF) is proud to present Bridging Academics and the Mind (BAM), the world's first and only evidence-based and trauma-informed empathetic mindful curriculum for schools. Our comprehensive approach has been developed over years of practice, and we are excited to share our success and positive feedback with educators and students worldwide.
At HLF, our mission is to have mindfulness practice in every home by 2030. BAM is a program that combines yoga, mindfulness meditation, and self-care practices to create a fun and engaging experience for students both in schools and at home. Our practices are easy to use and support teachers and students alike by inviting them to learn breathing, meditation, and movement techniques that nurture wellness and instill confidence in themselves and their leadership.
Our goal is for students and teachers to be able to use these techniques whenever they need them, independently, and build a practice of mindfulness that will serve them well throughout their lives. We are committed to developing high-quality evidence-based programs and curriculum to help improve the well-being of communities across the globe.
HLF's BAM programming was made available to Baltimore County Public Schools district-wide in 2021, and we are excited to continue spreading the benefits of mindfulness and meditation to schools everywhere. Join us on this journey to nurture the inner lives of children and create a brighter, more compassionate future.
